September 20, SW Shatterpoint - Rapid Engagement Showdown

This is to sign up for the upcoming Star Wars: Shatterpoint Rapid Engagement Showdown.

This is a casual, custom-format organized-play event.

Event Format:

• Check-in will begin at 1:30 PM.  First dice roll at 2:00 PM.
• Players need not submit their lists ahead of time.
• Rounds:  Three 120 Minute Rounds
• Standard Team Building Rules.
• Modified Table Sizes:  30" x 30" Squares.
• Non-Official dice, measuring tools, and proxy models allowed*
  • Provided they match the function of the original tool and it is clear what they represent.  IE Gadzooks Gaming dice allowed, Using a Stormtrooper to stand in for R2D2 - not allowed.
  • Anyone who tries to tell another player that they cannot use dice made by Gadzooks Gaming will be immediately ejected from the event.
• Players must resolve all conflicts at their table.  If players cannot agree on an interpretation for a rule or event, you will be instructed to select an outcome that hurts both sides.  This prevents players from creating conflicts to delay game or adjust their standing.
• Prizes:  Prizes will scale based on attendance. 
• All FAQ and Errata effective as of the event day will be used, unless contradicted by shop-rules will be in effect.
• All players must be respectful of one another and the store.  It's a small space, please keep that in mind when packing your tournament accoutrements.
  • Rules of normal social behavior are in effect.
  • Be showered and deodorized with clean clothing.
  • Keep your clothing on the entire event.
  • No racist, homophobic, etc. hate speech.
  • No political discussions.
  • No excessive lists of rules... whoops!
